$49 rush tickets will be available on the day of performance at the Winter Garden Theatre Box Office. Rush tickets will be available on a first-come/first-served basis starting when the Box Office opens each day. Limit two (2) tickets per person. Subject to availability.

Shubert Audience Services

The Winter Garden Theatre provides accommodations for patrons who are blind, deaf, partially sighted, and/or have hearing loss. Audience Development Initiative

THE MUSIC MAN’s Audience Development Initiative is an outreach program designed to promote arts equity by providing 10,000* $20 tickets to New York City students, their teachers, their families, and other under-resourced individuals.

Our team has partnered with the New York Department of Education, Theatre Development Fund, and a curated list of arts nonprofits to ensure the heavily discounted tickets reach the most deserving communities.

*3,050 tickets will be available through our partnership with the New York City Musical and Theatrical Production Tax Program.

What are the COVID-19 safety protocols?

All guests are encouraged to wear a mask in the theatre to protect themselves and others, but it is no longer required.

Are there rush or lottery tickets available?

$49 rush tickets will be available on the day of performance at the Winter Garden Theatre Box Office (1634 Broadway, New York, NY between West 50th and 51st Streets). Rush tickets will be available on a first-come/first-served basis starting when the Box Office opens each day. Limit two (2) tickets per person. Subject to availability.

Are Standing Room Tickets Available?

Standing room tickets are available only at select performances, determined two hours before curtain time. If available, tickets can be purchased at the box office for $76 (fees included).

Is there a cancellation line or last-minute tickets?

Visit the Winter Garden Theatre Box Office before every scheduled performance for last-minute tickets. Seat locations and prices are subject to change based on availability.

The Music Man runs 2 hours 45 minutes, including 1 intermission.

Is there an age recommendation? 

The Music Man is recommended for ages 6 and up. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.

Can I meet cast members at the stage door?

Unfortunately, no. For the safety of all members of the Broadway community, health and wellness protocols prohibit interactions between company members and audience members. Currently, no backstage visitors, autograph signings or cast meet-and-greets at the stage door are permitted.
